Licensed Professional Counselor, Life Coach & Consultant
Executive Director & Founder of
Crossroads to Pathways, LLC
Sharika Pruitt, ED.S, LPC, NCC
Welcome
I’m Sharika Pruitt, a Nationally Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. I am an author, speaker, and transformational Life Coach dedicated to guiding high-achieving women through deep healing and radical self-transformation. As a Marriage & Family Therapy Doctoral Student at National University, I have spent over a decade helping professional women, entrepreneurs, and leaders break free from generational trauma, racial trauma, workplace trauma, PTSD, and the psychological weight of high achievement.
My Mission & Expertise
I specialize in helping high-achieving BIPOC women who have spent their lives carrying the burdens of resilience, overachievement, and survival—all while battling the invisible wounds of racial micro-aggressions, family dysfunction, narcissistic abuse, and relational trauma. If you’ve ever felt like you had to work twice as hard, shrink yourself to be accepted, or struggle with impostor syndrome despite your success, I see you. More importantly—I can help you reclaim your power.
Through my expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Mindfulness Techniques, I help ambitious women release emotional wounds, set unapologetic boundaries, and step fully into their confidence. I also hold 30+ hours of advanced training in EMDR and have received specialized education in relational OCD and breaking negative relationship patterns.
Therapy & Coaching Tailored for the High-Achieving BIPOC Woman
I understand that high-achieving women carry silent struggles—the pressure to succeed, the exhaustion of code-switching, the trauma of being the “first” in your family, and the emotional toll of always being the “strong one.” My work is designed for women who are ready to stop merely surviving and start thriving—on their own terms.
🔹 Concierge-Level Therapy for High-Performing Women: My 6-9 month intensive therapy model is designed for professional women, business owners, and corporate leaders seeking rapid and lasting change.
🔹 Rapid Transformational Coaching Mastermind: A powerful, 6-week group program designed to help ambitious women break free from trauma patterns, rebuild their self-worth, and reprogram limiting beliefs so they can confidently step into their next level of success.
🔹 6-Week Trauma Healing Mastermind for the Highly Ambitious Woman: A deep, structured healing process focused on releasing generational trauma, overcoming PTSD, and breaking self-sabotaging cycles.
📅 Upcoming Cohorts: | April 20, 2025
